TU Berlin’s Global Centres G-WAC and TRAJECTS: Opportunities for researchers and students
Since 2021 TU Berlin coordinates two of the eight DAAD-funded Global Centres with partners in the Global South:
The German-West African Centre for Health and Pandemic Prevention, G-WAC, with its main partner in Ghana is one of the four Global Centres for Health and Pandemic Prevention. The Transnational Centre for Just Transitions in Energy, Climate and Sustainability, TRAJECTS, with its main partners in Colombia and South Africa, is one the four Global Centres for Climate and Environment. The Centres combine research activities, study opportunities, capacity building and dialogue with societal stakeholders in a global network of partners.
The information session during the International Week 2022 will provide an overview over both Centres and will discuss opportunities G-WAC and TRAJECTS offers to researchers and students of TU Berlin but also of the partner institutions of the two Centres.
